John Mortimer has been working in the public sector since 2003, with local authorities, helping them with transformative change. Redesigning their services so they are person-entered, rather than council driven. John’s areas of expertise are: Leadership and team working development, creation of person entered measures, looking at simplifying services and working together with stakeholders so they don’t all pull in different directions.
John works with human Learning Systems, a phrase that denotes new ways of working that are helpful, rather than the way councils normally work.
